IT Business Analyst - Legal Sector

West Midlands

Client is a successful multinational organisation based in the Midlands require an IT Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The IT Business Analyst is required to work on a number initiatives, supporting the organisations plans to drive change and bridge the gap between technology and the employees.

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for:

* Delivering on internal development systems

* Testing internal systems

* Running workshops

* Identifying process improvement opportunities

* Supporting development teams

In order to be considered for the Business Analyst position, you must demonstrate:

* Experience of working on complex projects in a structured way. Strong analytical and facilitation skills to ensure business needs and effective solutions can be clearly and rapidly understood and delivered

* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Able to build trust and confidence with senior stakeholders

* Articulate with strong written and personal presentation skills

* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ISEB) desirable

* Legal sector experience

* Experience of working within an Agile environment, facilitating sprints, stand ups etc

* Experience of working with IT
