Home Based Functional Support Consultant - Dynamics AX- £40,000

I am working with an industry leading Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking for a functional support consultant to join their extensive support team. Due to multiple project growth they are looking for someone to come and hit the ground running with their current support team.

You will gain exposure to multiple projects with the most up to date Microsoft Dynamics AX Technology. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both customer and in-house operational teams to deliver support across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Logging user support calls and documentation resolutions of issues

* Build rapport with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

* You will be tasked with investigating customer problems and provide effective resolutions based on your knowledge of Dynamics and internal support systems

* Strong functional understanding of Dynamics AX (2009, 2012) & Dynamics 365 would be a bonus

* £50,000 base salary
