IT SECURITY MANAGER - HEMEL HEMPSTEAD - up to 60K

The client:

A European leader in digital transformation who prove one of the most comprehensive portfolios of end-to-end service offerings on the market including consulting, systems integration, software development, infrastructure management and business process services.

The role:

You will be part of the senior management team providing assurance that client systems are being maintained securely as well as being a final escalation point for all security related matters. You will also oversee the risk management, scope and delivery of security implementation across the business.

Key responsibilities:

* Be an ultimate escalation point for all security and risk related matters

* Ensure patch and anti-virus compliance

* Manage compliance to contractual requirements (ISO 270001)

* Provide risk management (produce RAID log / utilise RMADS)

* Manage scoping and delivery of security related information

* Manage delivery of physical assessments (internal, external and 3rd party)

Requirements:

* Experience in an IT security management position

* Experience in the maintenance of an ISO 270001 compliant environment

* Experience in assessing, supporting and proving essential security changes

* Evidence of risk management

Desirable:

* Public sector experience

* Relevant security certifications e.g. CISSP, CISA etc

The successful candidate will have to be eligible for Security Clearance (must have lived in the UK for 5 years + and not have been outside of the UK for 3 months or longer within the last 3 years).
