A large non for profit organisation based in Central London are looking for a Dynamics CRM Manager to join their growing team. This role is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 as well as unmatched flexibility with home working and flexi-time options.

You will join in the midst of a Dynamics 365 implementation, having a 5 person CRM team report into you, managing KPIs and workload of the team. As well as this you will manage and develop relationships with 3rd party providers, including the implementation partner at the crucial time of this project. Beyond working on the delivery of a 365 implementation you will manage and ensure the system is optimised for the 22+ user base across the organisation.

* Experience managing a CRM system, preferable Dynamics 365

* Strong business acumen with experience managing 3rd party suppliers and solution providers

* Experience managing a CRM team

* Dynamics CRM customisation and configuration skills are advantageous

* Experience with system administration, user support and training
