Junior IT Support Technician

Junior IT Support Technician based in London (Travel between offices in London)

PAYE contract, 12 months duration

As a Junior IT Support Technician you will be the go-to person for all computer hardware and software needs providing root cause analysis and fixes and user advocacy for all internal tools and technologies.

You will be responsible for gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical hardware and account issues, escalate cases as appropriate.

Essential skills

- Technical troubleshooting experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Experience using and troubleshooting Google Apps issues

- Customer support or client facing experience

- Experience using Linux, Windows or Mac

- Large scale environment experience is beneficial
