Project Manager

One of our Public Sector Midlands based clients is seeking a Project Manager, to join their team on a 12 month FTC. You will compile business cases, including whole life costing analysis, ensuring briefs and feasibility proposals are developed in accordance with project aims and objectives, and Project Management Office standards.

Project Manager duties will include, but not limited to:

*Manage the project within budget, taking ownership of decisions on changes and alterations to the financial structure

*Identifying and planning resource requirements for both the internal and external of the organisation

*Produce programmes of work, continually monitor and update for reporting purposes

*Report regularly on project progress to key stakeholders

*Plan and initiative post implementation reviews

*Ensuring compliance with all statutory guidance

*Assessing and managing project risks and issues, ensuring mitigating action is undertaken

As Project Manager you will be required to possess:

*Prince2 certified

*Experience of undertaking project management of projects of significant value

*Significant and proven experience of whole project lifecycle, including implementation, within a complex environment

*Demonstrable experience of budgetary management

*Previous experience with interpreting and extracting information from a number of sources, translating this in to well presented project management documentation
