Role: SDL Tridion (CMS) Solution Architect - Education

Location: Cambridge

Duration: 6 Months

Our client is looking for a Solution Architect to be part of the Portal development team and provide technical solutions in Tridion CMS.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with the necessary teams to fully understand business scope and implement sustainable cost effective solutions

* Translate client requirements into technical designs, implement blueprints, design schemas and integrate with existing digital content platforms

* Understand customer needs and transform them into world-class solutions with an emphasis in superior user experience

* Architect creative solutions to meet the needs of each individual project paying attention to details such as agile design, cost effectiveness and optimization of existing components

Essential Skills:

* The SDL Tridion (CMS) Solution Architect will assist in project delivery and success for a wide breath of global client initiatives

* Experience in working with SDL Tridion content management platform and to analyse, design, develop, implement and enhance customized applications

* Should have comprehensive engagement across the entire software development lifecycle

* Maintain a broad and thorough understanding of current development techniques, methodologies, tools and technologies across all areas of architecture

* Prior experience architecting, delivering, and optimizing SDL Tridion-based solutions in a customer facing technical role

* Full stack web development and architecture skills from back-end integrations (e.g. REST APIs) to front-end frameworks (e.g. AngularJS)

* A detailed knowledge of SDL Tridion 2011 or later

* The ability to work well in a team.

* A passion for technology and knowledge of other CMS systems or SDL products

* Including experience in DXA

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with developing transactional portals

* Good knowedge in Education Domain

* Good communicational skills
