Highly successful and established family run business in Gloucester, urgently requires a Senior Support Engineer for its ever-growing IT department. Your role will be to support internal infrastructure as well as innovative applications used by a vast array of customers.

Your role will also include;

* Overseeing IT Service Desk (1-2 people).

* Providing 1st-2nd Line Support, potentially 3rd Line Support (Mainly application/software Support, some server support).

* Managing the company's custom ERP System in a regulated environment.

* Software lifecycle oversight with Management & Software Development Team.

The following skills are required. However, the company will not expect you to have outstanding experience within each category, and will help to provide daily support in areas of;

* Experience of Windows Server 2012 R2 & Windows 10.

* Experience in 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support and potentially 3rd Line Support.

* Working knowledge of Linux systems (desirable requirement).

* ITIL Change management
