About the role

The nature of our work presents us with unique challenges that you will have never seen before, and you’ll take our talented team on an exciting new journey. Owning each problem with confidence and energy, you’ll drive the team to deliver solutions across the full range of intelligence, analytical and corporate business areas. You’ll work closely with delivery leads, product owners and architects, creating a vision that you’re keen to share across the business - and the other agencies we work with. Always aiming to improve the quality of our products, you’ll regularly mentor your team and discuss opportunities for innovation with engineering communities which you will help to lead.

About you

Your technical credibility is sound. But more than that, you’re ready to take the initiative and drive engineering change across MI5 and more broadly the intelligence agencies. A strong communicator, with a flexible approach and a passion for new solutions, you inspire colleagues and partners around you. You’re also excited about your own development, and are prepared to expand and develop your skills.
