Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to join an industry-leading software company. As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for driving forward best practice around Scrum and Agile, whilst also delivering any business-critical projects.

The successful Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager will be joining a company undergoing rapid expansion and are offering an excellent opportunity for this role to support their growth.

Further job responsibilities:

* Work cross-functionally with all Agile team members including Business Analysts, Testers Product Owners, RTEs and DevOps, ensuring all activity is agreed and delivered within an iterative framework

* Drive deliverables within the Scrum team

* Run Kanban boards, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives

Key skills and experience required for the Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager:

* Experience as a Scrum Master, with relevant certifications

* Project management and delivery experience in an Agile environment

* Knowledge of both IT infrastructure and Agile development is beneficial

* Full end-to-end delivery experience across the SDLC

* An understanding of projects from both budget management and financial monitoring aspects

* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; with the ability to work cross-functionally across a business

* Full UK driving license
