IT Technician, 22K, Essex

A finance company based in Essex are looking to recruit an IT technician to be the first point of contact for their internal users.

What will you be doing;

- Proving remote and deskside support to an organisation of 1000 people.

- Resolving issues at 1st line level including password resets, hardware troubleshooting & setting up equipment

- Handling tickets and escalating to senior teams.

What will you bring;

- Previous experience as an IT technician, Support Engineer, 1st Line Engineer or recent training or education.

- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 7/10

- Experience setting up printers, desktops, laptops.

- Excellent communication & customer service skills
