Position: Java Tech Lead

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

This may be just the right job for you in you are an experience development team lead who is looking for a challenging role in a fast paced environment; have a knack for problem solving and are able to multi-task and influence for technical excellence.

Requirements:

- Experience of leading software development teams following an Agile / Scrum based SDLC

- Experience of designing and implementing business critical applications

- Strong Core Java with experience of Java 7/8 functional features and developing concurrent, high throughput systems, microservices architecture, multithreading, BDD, TDD, CI

- Excellent Server Side Java, Spring IoC framework, RESTful API skills

- Working experience with TDD methodology and continuous integration

- Good- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills

- People's person, ability to lead a team and influence technical influence

- Working experience with TDD methodology and continuous integration

- Previous experience within FinTech domain would be of definite advantage (e.g. FICC trading)
