This established, privately owned, British organisation celebrating their 40 year anniversary are seeking a professional, challenge orientated and focused Technical Team Leader to enhance their Infrastructure Services Team

This role is pivotal and challenging, diverse and rewarding and will offer you an opportunity to grow technically as the breadth of in-house technology and pipelined projects are substantial.

The person required will require tenacity, patience, teamwork and the flexibility to go the extra mile and offer a 1st class customer experience. As the Technical / Server SME you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with new hardware and software technologies with a number of major technical projects imminent. The role will require a solid mix technical, functional, people and team management.

Leading a small team of Technical Support Analysts who are tasked with the support over 500+ users in a Microsoft Ideal and your key responsibilities will include all Server configurations 2008/20012/2016, Active Directory, VMware, Nimble Storage and MS Office and Office 365.

You will be required to understand major technical development direction of suppliers within own sphere of expertise. You will manage server and desktop environments to agreed availability and performance targets, plus ensure auditable adherence to technical service and performance levels.

Key technical experience required will involve around:

* Windows Server 2008 and 2012 with Sever 2016 expertise highly desirable

* Microsoft operating systems and protocols, AD, Exchange etc

* Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy

* HP Blade, HP SAN's

* Virtualisation / VMware

* Storage (Nimble)

* Citrix

* Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10

* DHCP, DNS

Desirable but not Essential Certifications:

* MCSE, MCITP, MCSA

* VCP
