Continuous Improvement Lead - Six Sigma - Contract - 6 months - Part time (3 days per week)- Hampshire. My client, a leading University, is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead with strong experience of using Six Sigma techniques for an initial 6 month contract to work on a part time basis - 3 days per week. You will work across various work streams identifying business issues and opportunities, working with teams to develop effective and sustainable business solutions and support in the delivery of improvement initiatives delivering measurable/quantifiable benefits. You will also review, design, develop and deliver exceptional customer experience, build effective and meaningful relationships across the customer base to ensure we understand and integrate Voice of Customer in all that we do, enable us to respond to customer needs/requirements in a timely and tailored manner and lead in the continuous improvement of our services and the customer experience/journey. The role will need you to lead in development and deployment of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Customer Experience (CX) related activities, supporting the delivery of the CI and CX strategy. Use substantial professional or specialist knowledge and experience to identify issues, trends and problems which may have a broad (e.g. University-wide) impact to ensure the University can continue to fulfil its vision.

To support teams in the identification, prioritisation and delivery of CI/CX projects/initiatives, achieving sustainable solutions and measurable business benefits utilising Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology.

You will be required to undertake the following:

*To engage with employees, team leaders and senior managers in identifying improvement opportunities

*To work with the executive team in presenting project opportunities and business cases

*To work within a team environment in lean and six sigma CI Methodologies and tools

*To ensure project governance is maintained against defined templates and standards

*To support cross-functional problems solving and root cause analysis
