IT Contracts Manager required on a permanent basis for a leading global provider of financial administration solutions. This role will be based in Beckenham, Kent. The successful Contracts Manager will be expected to lead negotiations effectively with Asset Services customers and suppliers to ensure robust and enforceable contracts are in place in a timely manner and with acceptable risk for CTSL and Review requests for proposals commercially; identify risks; identify unacceptable terms. Complete overall risks assessment in support of bid-no-bid determination.

The role

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all IT services have robust, fit for purpose third party support and maintenance contracts in place. Each provider should be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure the service they supply is in-line to expectations and that issues are captured, reported and addressed. This role would then work closely with the Procurement team to assist with identifying those contracts that are up for re-newel to allow them to re-negotiate or find alternatives.

Skills and qualities you'll need:

** Professional procurement/contract management qualification or equivalent.

** Extensive and proven experience in effective contract preparation, negotiation and administration.

** Exposure to large-scale change initiatives and embedding new organisations with new ways of working.

** Proficient analytical skills and a measured approach to decision making

** Ability to plan and manage multiple work programmes effectively.

** Proven knowledge of supply chain principles, procedures and methods.

** Strong negotiation skills, strong contractual and commercial competence

** Superior influencing and communication skills

The client

A leading global provider of financial administration solutions, working in partnership with over 7000 clients including Asset managers and investors, Business managers and asset owners. The client provide the infrastructure through which assets are secured or deployed in both regulated and unregulated markets.

Location

This role will be based in the clients Bromley office and has fantastic transport links into central London and Kent including Train, Tram and Buses. The office is in close proximity to a large shopping centre which includes a number of high quality restaurants.

Salary

The client are able to offer a base salary of £45k per annum and offer a great benefits package.
