£35,000-£44,000 + Progression + Training + Life Insurance.

Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in leading a team, looking for an interesting new role offering ongoing training and career progression?

On offer is a role with a prestigious company in which you would be responsible for a team of 4 Engineers, ensuring the quality of work remains whilst working on a variety of interesting manufacturing projects.

This is a well-known leading supplier for the marine, satellite and aero engine industries who are currently at the forefront of the British Engineering & Manufacturing industry, and are now looking to add a Team Leader to their skilled team.

This position would suit someone with CAD/CAM Programming experience looking to make the step-up to a Team Leader role.

The Role:

-Leading a team of Engineers

-Producing programmes using Siemans NX and Alphacam

-Producing/specifying fixturing and fixturing concepts for components

The Person:

-Continuous improvement focussed

-Experience with CAD/CAM

-Aerospace or other similar industry experience
