Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client who are seeking a Infrastructure Analyst to be part of the team
This is a 3 month initial contract to be based in Camden London
To be considered for this role you must have the ability to
*To develop and manage the It infrastructure so that it is reliable and resilient
*Responsible for the security of all infrastructure and network systems
*Responsible for system implementation, based on the solution design and agreed standards
*Provide 3rd line and 2nd line support for network and infrastructure issues
*Responsible for the day to day incident and problem management ensuring they are managed consistently and solved within agreed SLAs
*Responsible for the availability of all systems, using monitoring tools and proactively solving issues
*Ability to identify recurring problems, work with the appropriate teams to investigate resolution and lead the solution implementation as appropriate
*Actively liaising with 3rd parties for problem resolution or incident management of hosted systems
