A Senior Service Cloud Consultant is needed for well-established global organisation who are making Salesforce the core of the business. The company have experienced a sustained period of growth and are now are building a multichannel contact centre globally using Service Cloud.

The Senior Service Cloud Consultant will lead the continuous development of the global CRM platform. They will be working closely with every area of the business, managing stakeholders, leading a team of Salesforce resources and working with the Technical Architect and Developers. They will own the complete design of the solution including the conversion of business requirements, process and data flows into functional requirements and design, designing custom applications and complex Salesforce data models.

* Worked on Service Cloud projects

* Excellent Communicator

Nice to have:

* Marketing Cloud

* Service Cloud

* Collaboration tools such as Chatter, Content, Files

* Communities, Sites and mobile applications

* Knowledge of App Exchange products
