Lead Blockchain Architect/Owner

My client is a very exciting, innovative company that is looking to disrupt the traditional methods of the industry. They are looking a different ways to evolve and also gain further market share. This is a very exciting time and the business although has shown tremendous growth, is showing no signs of slowing down.

My client is looking for an architect/Leader to help them with the following project. It will be a 6 month rolling contract.

The architect/analyst is a key critical role in delivering both the vision and the purpose of our strategy. We are aiming to deliver the most advanced Blockchain (hyperledger) solutions to existing customers as well as internal stakeholders.

The initial project will be for the customers finance and supply chain divisions, You will also be looking at ways to expand externally and Globally.

Central to this will be the building of an Innovation Culture that will allow rapid deployment of software and hardware solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

This will be an Ecosystem built to provide Experiment to Proof of Hypothesis (POH) and Proof of Concepts (POC) capabilities in a sandbox environment.

The primary purpose of the role is to enable rapid Innovation for internal and external stakeholders around a specific area. You will work with the commercial and think-tank teams to bring the ideas to life working with the best 3rd parties in the field.

The role is to build manage and evolve elements that include development tools as well as APIs. Management of the ecosystem costs both ongoing and per-project, monitoring usage, dynamically scaling up and down technology elements to optimise costs and return on investment and also project delivery.

The role will be responsible for building an Ecosystem of Innovative technology partners. Deliver pre-approved Experiments, POHs and POCs using internal and external resource as required. The Ecosystem Owner will facilitate the build with third party technology partners. Accountable for the delivery of POH and POC's as part of the team. Management of Ecosystem partners to deliver POH & POCs to budget alongside the Innovation Architect. The role will also be encouraged to deliver their own POHs & POCs as part of the team

Key experience:

Experience of Technology Development in one or more digital areas such as Cloud Computing, Software Engineering ,Software Development , IT, Web, Mobile etc.

A demonstrable understanding of business models in Immersing Technology, AI,Blockchain, cryptography. Understanding of innovation and disruption principles and how they relate to the digital technology space.

A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, management, or a technology related field. Strong networking and interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
