This established and dynamic organisation are seeking a professional and challenged IT Support Team Leader (1st Line, 2nd Line, 3rd Line) to support customers, manage incident response times and improve first line fix rates.
* Support and manage the Support Team 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line across the Service Desk, Desktop Support and Applications Team.
* Incident Management - meeting response times, reduce incident levels, correctly assigned to users and identifying improvements.
* Collaboration -Infrastructure and Networking teams to identify trends, monitor performance and work with them to ensure SLA's are met.
* Reporting - Complete weekly meetings, statistics and report performance/trends
* You will need to have at least 3 years having completed a technical IT support role before moving into leadership. You must have a good technical understanding and have at least 18 months experience in a supervisory role.
