Brief overview: Contract Oracle OSB/Fusion middleware developer required in Leeds

Location: Leeds area

Length: Initial 12 Months (likely to extend through 2019

Rate: £375-425 daily

My client is seeking to hire a contract oracle Developer with OSB and Oracle fusion middleware experience. My client isn't a consultancy; this is an end client doing some really exciting work in house. You will be working on a significant programme of work including projects implementing a new warehouse system, upgrading search functionality and developing and upgrading complex middleware systems.

You will be working closely with technical architect, other oracle specialists, java developers, business analysts and project managers.

Skills required:

* Strong document design skills

* Experience documenting review of processes

* Commercial experience developing systems with Oracle Service Bus (OSB)

* Commercial experience with Oracle fusion middleware (Oracle SOA)

* Broad oracle development experience

* Strong understanding of Oracle systems architecture, processes, and subsystems

* Experience of unit testing all software development, and knowledge of the relevant tools based on the development platform

* Good communication skills - able to comfortably deal with senior non-technical stakeholders

Desirable experience

* Commercial experience developing systems using java

* Worked with e-commerce platforms

* Other ESB system experience

* Experience using Oracle's TAR systems in resolving technical issues

* Subversion experience
