Data Visualisation Engineer:

A world leading independent, end-to-end IT services company are looking for a Data Visualisation Engineer to join there development team which are responsible providing creative Data Visualisation solutions to their Analytics project delivery capability and deliver the projects scope of visual and interactive portfolio to clients.

Role Responsibility

As a Data Visualisation Engineer, you will be the champion and advisor for visualisation of data to the project team. You will design and create data visualisations (reports and dashboards), as well as being responsible for dashboard quality, consistency usability and reliability. You will establish standards and best practices for developing dashboards within the delivery team while being able to identify and find the relevant data to generate meaningful business insights.

Key Requirements

* Design or development experience with Visualisation tools SQL. IBM Cognos BI Stack (DataManager, Decision Stream, Cognos Connections, Framework Manager, Report Studio), Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI / SSRS , including dashboards, reports, and/or front end visualisations

* Experience of Java Scripting and other data manipulation tools

* Experience querying and / or designing relational databases (ETL, SQL, data modelling, data governance)

* Experience is working with unstructured data
