An opportunity has arisen to join this banking group in an Active Directory Engineer capacity, to delivering projects and core BAU workstreams supporting AD, Windows Server and the accompanying security and storage technologies. This is to work for a large banking group (London Hub employing c.1000 individuals) with 400+ strong IT unit supporting the EMEA region.

Key duties
Active Directory Engineer - DNS, DHCP, Sites and Trust, SPN, ADFS, ADCS, Kerberos
Daily monitoring - service availability, platform health, performance monitoring
Windows Server 2008 R2 and above
VMware ESX
McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise / Epo
SAN Storage - EMC / Hitachi
Varonis DatAdvantage
Running technical workshops / coaching
Creation of core documentation and presentation to map software life cycle
ITIL framework knowledge (ideally certified)
MCSE qualified
This role will suit someone that has held the following roles: AD Specialist, Active Directory Specialist, AD Architect, Active Directory Architect, Active Directory Engineer, AD Engineer, Active Directory SME
