Role:

The Market Area UK Delivery role is a IT management position reporting into Market Area UK IT Head. The key function of this role is to manage senior business stakeholders in the UK Private Bank with regards to the IT Change program.

- Oversees and ensures IT delivery for CS UK Ltd business

- Deals with delivery escalations from and to that business

- Deals with troubleshooting exercises on delivery problems for resources within WTIE6 physically located in UK (person "on the ground") and works with other stakeholders e.g. PMs for more general delivery issues as required and impacting UK business.

- Hard reporting line into IT head. Deals with anything regulatory for change delivery.

- Dotted line into WTIE portfolio manager

- Ensures alignment between UK business and delivery organisation

- Key face off for business projects lead in London

- Responsible for WTIE6 portfolio reporting including budget. Likely in close collaboration with WTIE portfolio manager and with PMO support

- Vendor management relating to WTIE6 change vendors e.g. developer and BA contracts including contracting process from sourcing request to signed contract - likely with PMO support

- Key senior liaison point for project managers, scrum masters and delivery leads into UK platform

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

1. - Significant experience of IT project/program management in a very business facing financial services environment dealing with functional change to business systems.

- Business knowledge or experience of platforms where several systems are involved front to back in a business flow.

- Strong track record of delivery in complex project environments.

- Evidence of stakeholder management of senior business stakeholders.

- Experience managing IT deliverables where you do not directly own all the development teams involved.

- Evidence of ability to multi task with competing business priorities to get delivery done

- Evidence of ability with numbers - good with budgets

- Collaborative approach with business

- Evidence of ability to coach junior staff

- Strong commitment to diversity and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders in different cultures

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Wealth management experience/knowledge

- Degree educated/PM qualifications
