Fast pace SME Engineering business in Wiltshire, requires a Programme Delivery Manager to be responsible for successfully running multiple project streams, overseeing, controlling and managing Project Managers & Engineers in the field. Allocating resources appropriately and ensuring projects run as smoothly as possible.

As a Programme Delivery Manager you will also be required to manage local integration partners (training them up if need be), keeping tabs on them throughout project lifecycles.

Projects could be anywhere between £100K - £50 Million. However all our important, so you cannot be precious about individual projects - holistic approach to overall success of project implementations.

A background as Programmer Manager or Programme Director, accompanied with a history of being in the field and travelling internationally - would be highly desirable.

We expect you to hold the following attributes;

* Very organised & focused.

* Disciplined and structured in approach.

* Common Sense must be totally apparent.

* Keen eye for cost control, holistic view of end.

* Leadership qualities.

* Strong commercial acumen.

* Keen eye for detail, and cost control.

Previous experience of Telecomms, Mobile Phone Networks, Oil & Gas and Building & Infrastructure could be very beneficial. As well as experience of running projects in South East Asia, Middle East useful, and Africa and South America even more impressive.

Will almost certainly have travelled internationally, and appreciate cultural differences and differences in infrastructure in different countries - essential for regional deployments of systems, products and hardware etc.

Experience of command, control electronic monitoring systems will be highly desirable (almost essential experience).
