The client is an established Global Name who requires a professional, focused and customer facing Field based IT Systems Engineer to impact and enhance their Mobile Technical Services Team.

As an IT all-rounder, you will be involved with technical support responsibilities from the Desktop and Server to Comms Cabinets and vice versa, the key functions of your role will be to support and manage all IT Services and infrastructures for multiple, remote sites across a designated geographical area.

You will need to be motivated, dynamic, proactive and reactive to support various infrastructures and a wide range of Server (Windows, Dell, HP), Desktop, Network (Cisco, LAN/WAN, Firewalls), Mobile (Laptops, Tablets, Hand-Held), Printer and Security Infrastructure Technologies.

Your daily remit will be heavily focused towards highly proficient 1st, 2nd & 3rd Level Technical Support such as Client Device and Server Systems, Technical Design, Technical Deployments and Implementations as well as the with provision of consultative guidance in accordance with business requirements.

This role requires energy and tenacity as well as a high level of Service Ethic coupled with an acute technical awareness.

You will also have the hunger and capacity to embrace emerging technologies whilst at the same time have an understanding of legacy systems and their dependant technologies.

* Windows Desktop XP/Vista/7/8/10
