CHC Nurse Assessor/Continuing Healthcare Assessor

Skills required: Continuing Healthcare and Registered Nurse

Contract Length: 3 months

Rate of pay: up to £300pd

Location: Midlands

We are currently on the lookout for two CHC Nurse Assessors to carry out live Continuing Healthcare assessments across the West Midlands and East Midlands areas.

As the CHC Nurse Assessor you'll be required to complete a back log of reviews and DST's, so you'll need a good knowledge around the continuing healthcare national framework as well as completing extensive reports.

Experience and skills required:

Must be a Registered Nurse.

Previous experience carrying out DST's/decision tool kit against the national CHC framework.

Experience completing continuing healthcare reviews.

Experience completing live assessments and writing up your findings.

Must be organised and have a pragmatic approach.

Desirable experience:

Previous experience managing a case load.
