Agile Lead / Scrum Master (Kanban). Fantastic opportunity for a talented Agile Lead, who has a breadth of Scrum Master experience, to be the focal point for a leading investment management firm's Scrum Master community. Utilising your previous experiences and knowledge, you will facilitate change and discussion whilst supporting, guiding and coaching a team of around 10 - 15 talented Scrum Masters.

As an Agile Coach your time will be divided between facilitating the team's personal development through coaching and mentoring, fostering a community of practice through discussing problems and potential solutions and pairing with a Scrum Master, helping them with the development of their own team. Other responsibilities will include; leading on recruitment of new team members, providing support for the wider delivery community on the application of Agile practices, fostering collaboration within the team and setting clear goals and personal development challenges. Requirements:

*Previous experience as a Scrum Master within a variety of different industries / environments

*Strong leadership and communication skills

*Enjoy mentoring, guiding and supporting a team

*Diverse teaching, training and coaching toolbox covering Agile delivery, ceremonies and practices

*Strong problem solving skills

*Desirable: experience within the insurance sector
