We are currently looking for a number of experienced Desktop Support engineers to work for our esteemed client, supplying into the financial sector in Central London.

The candidate will be expected to work within a team supporting an IT walk-in centresupporting and troubleshooting Lenovo hardware, Mobile Phones, WIN10, O365, LAN/WAN, AD, SCCM deployments, manual Software installs, Printer and various other End User Devices and perform hardware installations as necessary. You will be expected to monitor agent status of the Automated Call Display system ( Remedy/Service Now ) whilst managing walk-ins to the Techbar.

Responsibilities:

Help develop and manage the sites procedure file

Ensure accurate completion of all incident and request records and associated paperwork

Manage the call management system as required

Allocate support calls to analysts when required

Provide technical support to other team members

SLA Reporting

Experience:

?Experience of working within a team supporting a high paced IT drop-in repair centre

?Experience working with ticketing systems such as Remedy ITSM, Service Now.

?Experience of using remote access tools, RDP,SSH

?A flexible approach to working hours

?At least two years' experience within Desktop environment

?The ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WiFi /VPN network issues.

?Previous experience supporting bespoke corporate applications

?Good understanding of IT infrastructure

?Ability to work on own initiative, address and resolve problems in a pressurised environment

?Ability to diagnose hardware/software used by the customer

?Excellent organisational skills, able to take a methodical approach to service issues

?Telephony support - Desk and Mobile

?AV and Printer Support

?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

?Strong working and support knowledge O365, Skype, WIN10, AD, MS Office and their deployment

?Good working knowledge of SCCM and package deployment.

?Lenovo Accreditation on Desktop and Laptop
