eLearning Content Designer Bristol up to £30,000 p.a. + benefits

Creative and passionate eLearning Content Designer for top training provider - to support the delivery of a high standard of blended, interactive learning materials

The Role

As eLearning Content Designer you will be responsible for the creation and development of blended, interactive training materials for a variety of sectors to meet the needs of apprentice learners across a variety of sectors. Responsibilities include:

* working collaboratively with subject matter experts and instructional designers

* building a content library of training materials to support a variety of stakeholders

* developing training content aligned to the company standards, on time and within budget

* supporting the eLearning Governance Manager and wider Curriculum Team & Technologies team

* keeping up-to-date with current learning practices and theories

The Person

The ideal candidate will currently be working as an eLearning Content Designer / Content Author / E Learning Designer preferably within a commercial environment. The eLearning Content Designer will be:

* creative with the ability to follow brand guidelines / develop interactive, engaging and blended training content

* collaborative and able to work alongside multiple stakeholders to deliver the learning & technologies strategy

* highly organised and able manage multiple briefs at any one time

You will also have:

* strong attention to detail / ability to interpret complex information into engaging, user friendly content

* experience of using Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Elucidat, etc.

* proven experience of creating and developing learning content / strong editing, design and layout skills

* experience of developing a blend of learning; mobile / informal / scenario / game based

* proven practice of using applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

* passion about eLearning and technology
