Which is where you join the journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every product. Every process. Every environment. Our vehicles continually set the benchmark for luxury, innovation and performance thanks to our unrivalled commitment to infinite detail. Join us within our Purchasing teams, and you'll be the driving force behind it all.

Jaguar Land Rover is increasing its capability and capacity to identify and automate high-volume non-core activities through Robotics Process Automation (RPA), freeing colleagues up to focus on more strategic elements of their roles. As part of our RPA capability build, this exciting role encapsulates process analyst, developer and controller responsibilities, delivering maximum value within the RPA team.

As Robotics Process Automation Analyst, you'll identify business processes for automation and perform requirement gathering and opportunity assessments. The RPA tool of choice at Jaguar Land Rover is Blue Prism, so you'll need Blue Prism development experience to be fully effective in the developer aspect of this role.

In the Process Developer aspect of your role you'll be responsible for the design, development, and configuration testing of Blue Prism RPA solutions. Acting as Process Controller you will schedule and run Blue Prism processes, ensure the stability of the Blue Prism IT environment, investigate any issues in the live processes, and raise change requests or support calls where required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You'll be an experienced Business Analyst who has relevant experience throughout the entire lifecycle, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, and Blue Prism development advantageous. You'll have a passion for process improvement ensuring process which are automated are lean and fully optimised.

You'll require excellent stakeholder management skills and business acumen. Personal initiative and a strong desire to succeed will be expected. You'll be able to quickly adapt the standard approach to one that is suitable for the purpose. Systems thinking and the ability to put process into context across the company, considering the human, commercial, business and technology areas will also be beneficial.

JLR considers that this role does not meet the criteria to be considered within the Home Office Shortage Occupation list. Therefore, JLR will not support an application for visa sponsorship and all applicants for this role must have an unrestricted right to work for an indefinite period in the UK.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunity for all. #LI
