Job Title: Agile Coach

Pay Rate: Market Rate (Flexible, but around £350-450 p/d)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3 - 6 Months

Location: Cambridge

The Role

Spring Technology's global client based in Cambridge are looking for an Agile Coach for their transformation IT Programme. As a mentor, the Agile Coach is responsible for guiding teams in Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth and answering questions. You will provide hands-on support to all colleagues, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile.

Knowledge / Experience

*Hands on experience in the software development cycle

*Showing proficiency in relevant programming languages

*Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts

*Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master

*Scrum Coach certification

*Scrum Master certification
