£30 - £40ph

Location - Midlands commutable from Birmingham, Warwick, Coventry, Stratford upon Avon

36.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)

Are you an experienced Clerk of Works from a construction background? Are you looking for a long term contract role that is immediately available?

My client is looking for a clerk of works to assume responsibility for ensuring the delivery of site works in accordance within approved standards, specifications and schedules. You will be familiar with all relevant CDM Regulations, drawings and specifications and make visual inspections for quality control etc. recording defects and uncompleted works as applicable. You will advise the appointed contractors on working methods if needed, deliver reports to the PM and ensure that all health and safety is complied with.

The successful candidate will have plenty of experience in a site based supervisory role, be confident in the use of construction contracts and their administration, building design, legislation, building services and control systems and be able to communicate at all levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced Clerk of Works to join an exciting and enjoyable project on a long term contract basis.
