The shorthand for the role would be IT support. And, hold your breath - you’ll be servicing around 260 Pizza Hut Restaurants as well as our RSC and remote users, totalling around 160 further Hutters.
It’s no mean feat.
Good thing is, you know exactly what you’re doing when it comes to reactive support like P1 incidents, call queue management and managing customer expectations.
And you’re quite the record keeper, too. Which is not to say that you’re bookish. In fact, you’re pretty outgoing and will be confident about handling weekly Helpdesk conference calls.
We’re not asking you to manage anyone, per se. But, you know what… you’re going to have that air of seniority so you can expect that our 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk Analysts will see you as a kind of line manager.
So you’re going to need that Microsoft certified qualification if you don’t have a computing or IT related degree or equivalent. And, if you don’t have those, well, hospitality helpdesk experience for the past two years will be essential!
Microsoft RES 5.1. Microsoft Windows Server 2010. Terminal Services. Office 365 and Office 2013 suite. Flash. Java. Media players. DNS, DHCOP TCP IP and Active Directory. All tantalising little titles to someone like you.
