Nigel Frank International are currently working exclusively with a market leading organisation who require an experienced Project Manager to deliver a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation on an initial 6 month contact.
The project manager will have overall responsibility for a piece of delivery with specific and business critical time constraints. The successful candidate must have extensive Dynamics CRM experience with at least a couple of full-cycle implementations under their belt, being able to oversee the current upgrade to the new CRM System.
Essential experience required:
* Project Manager with significant CRM project delivery experience across all stages of the project life cycle.
* Experience should be of strategic CRM delivery, across multiple if not entire organisation, including procurement expertise.
* MS Dynamics 365 experience would be preferred
* Significant experience of managing complex CRM projects with budgets over £1m
* Data/information life cycle experience and knowledge.
* Experience of using industry standard methods, techniques and business change tools, eg BPMN, UML/Use Cases.
