This company specialise in the manufacture of a range of key components and products that are supplied to a range of industries and are vital to their successes. They are in a period of a 5 year expansion plan and quality is paramount in order for them to continue in this vein. As they look to increase the level of output from their production line, they now require an Operations Manager to provide leadership in driving the company to achieve its goals.

In this role you will be tasked with developing efficient methods to ensure a high quality production plan and help drive the team to achieve growth objectives. You will be expected to provide support to all relevant areas of the business to influence operational performance and drive positive cultural changes throughout the company.

The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background and working knowledge of Electronics Engineering; including its processes and components.
