Hello,

Over the next 5 years we are transforming the processes and technologies that sit at the heart of our business.

And for this reason, we’re looking for a programme transformation manager who can help us define the future of our technology and processes to enable us to grow - while staying nimble - and then take the responsibility to transform these areas.

Ideally you will have worked on an IT transformation project as you’ll be making a significant contribution to the delivery of our most ambitious plan for business change that we have ever had.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the global head of IT and business change, you’ll work as a senior technology leader, within the IT and Business Change team and will have the responsibility for nurturing and developing a direct and matrix team of project managers, business and project analysts, developers, integrators, consultants and third parties.

You’ll be responsible for leading the definition and functional architecture of our new core systems (finance/ERP, Procure to Pay, Contract Management, EDI).

We take professional development very seriously here at innocent - as a manager you’ll need to mentor, develop and coach your team - specifically providing leadership on our understanding of how we develop our architecture to be ready for the future needs of our business.

What you’ll have:

You may have worked as a consultant or solutions architect (or similar) in a technology and process design environment, with the responsibility for selecting and implementing major systems. We’ll expect you to have experience of defining a diverse range of large scale, multi-project technical and process solutions ideally in an FMCG company.

Our strategy is to find the best solution for each of our needs and be great integrators - so if your experience is mainly in implementing and developing only one of the mega-vendor ERP systems or similar it may not be the right fit.

We’re looking for someone curious who has the ability to take complex concepts and make them simple and a constant desire to make things better. You’ll also have already deliver a successful business change project into a company.

Ideally you’ll have:

a knowledge of current trends in technology and how they apply to a FMCG business like innocent

experience of delivering cloud/ SaaS solutions

experience of managing technology delivery through 3rd party vendors & integrators/ consultants.

As this role isn’t only a technical role we would also expect from you to have:

experience of managing and developing a team

the ability to build great internal and external relationships

What you’ll get:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and passionate team, in a business enjoying rapid growth. You’ll play a fundamental role as you’ll shape how our business will operate for many years to come. It’ll leave you with an in depth knowledge of how an FMCG business works across Europe and beyond - and the satisfaction of having enabled us to deliver the significant growth that is ahead of us.
