Product Support Consultant
A Product Support Consultant is required to join a leading global provider of legal software and data solutions. You will join a wider team supporting law firms and corporations in implementing our client's innovative software product and providing support to their customers following the software roll-out including troubleshooting and escalating problems where required.
Responsibilities:
* Resolving technical issues via phone, email and live help for customers and field staff using our client's legal products
* Providing customer and technical support for proprietary products including installation, licensing, use, and problem resolution
* Utilising a variety of business systems, problem resolution skills and individual discretion to deliver results aligned with business objectives
* Proactively identifying and finding solutions to potential problems and service issues that may be systemic
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills as they will be representing one of the most well respected organisations within the technical market and providing a high class service to their customers.
You will need to be technically minded with strong problem management, troubleshooting and analytical skills and ideally educated to degree level in a Legal or Technical discipline.
