Are you a quality manager from a manufacturing environment? Have you led QA, health & safety and environmental procedures?

Established over 60 years ago, this company are one of world's leading designers and manufactures of scientific accessories. They are continually developing new technology to stay at the forefront of the industry and currently require a Quality Manager to head up the compliance department.

As Quality manager you will oversee quality assurance, health and safety and environmental procedures within the business. You will work closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure components meet standards and expectations whilst leading audits and lean initiatives across the business.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced quality manager with an engineering background involving machined components. You will have a strong personality and will have led audits, investigated problems using route cause and will want to play a crucial part in the company's future success.

The Role:

*?Leading the Development of the Compliance Department

*?Overseeing Quality Assurance, H+S and environmental procedures

*?Working internal assembly departments and suppliers

*?Using quality tools, methodologies and techniques (auditing, lean)

*?£38,000 - £40,000 + Pension + Autonomy + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

The Candidate:

* Quality Manager (ISO 9001)

*?Experience in a manufacturing environment

*?Experience of auditing and using lean techniques

*?Experience of H+S and Environmental
