Spring Technology currently have an opportunity to work with a large telecommunications organisation based in Telford, looking for a NOC Engineer to join the business as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

The Role

To install, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot the clients customer and core network and services such as routers, circuits, firewalls, servers etc.

Skills and experience required

- 1st/2nd Line Network Support

- Experience in Data Centre environments

- Previous experience working 24/7 shift patterns, including overnight shifts

- Cisco IOS

- IP and associated routing protocols

- Firewalls

Please note there is a specific shift pattern for this role which will consist of 4 on 4 off, this will include weekend working - 12 hour shifts 07.30am-19.30pm (days) - 19.30pm-07.30am (nights). There will be a shift allowance for the shifts completed, please be aware of this when applying for the role.
