Software Delivery Manager required to deliver technical roadmap for software house providing products and solutions to clients in mission and time critical domains. This role would suit a candidate with a software engineering background who has experience of, or is looking to move into, a managerial role delivering products and solutions. Candidates with experience as a Software Product Manager, Capability Manager, Software Product Manager, Software Development Team Lead, or Agile Product Manager could be of interest for this role.

The Software Delivery Manager will be accountable for the delivery of the Technical Roadmap. Working closely with the CTO, line manager Senior engineering staff and act as a Product Owner for Agile product development. The role will also be client facing and work with the Pre Sales team for customer product demonstrations. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required, you will interface with different parts of the development team to deliver the Technical Roadmap to time quality and budget.

You should have a background in software engineering and delivery, ideally with a strong understanding of Agile development methods. The Software Delivery Manager will join an established company with more than 25 years of expertise in delivery of software products and solutions to clients in defence sector, local and central government, manufacturing and transport industries around the world. They have a range of well-established and market leading software products that enable clients to make better decisions based on location based data. The company is 70 strong and growing due to increased demand for their products.
