Service Delivery & Transition Manager role within this global software product company. In this role you will be responsible for the Service Transition best practices and Service Delivery Management support of major clients. You will lead ITIL Service Transition core practices within our clients business. You will ensure new s/ervices include a fully developed support structure and plan including Processes, SLAs, KPIs, OLAs and Event Management Monitoring. As a Service Transition champion you will also ensure effective transfer of Software Project Deliverables to Operations through the Service Readiness Process (SRP).
Skills Required:-
You are an experienced SDM and Service Transition Manager of software services and delivery.
ITIL essential with Service Transition qualified a bonus
Prince2 or APMP
