IT Service Desk and Incident Management role within this financial services firm. In this role you will provide first level IT support - taking calls and emails on incidents and handling the incidents that arise through to incident prioritisation and escalation. Your main responsibility is for driving support tickets through their lifecycle to resolution and client satisfaction.

Skills Required:-

Strong customer service skills

18 months+ IT Service Desk or technical call centre experience

Incident Management experience desirable

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner - highly accurate verbal and written communication is essential.
