Lead Software Engineer

£95k - £140k (dependant on experience)
The Role
This is an ideal position for an individual that is looking to move into a Lead position in managing and leading a technical team whilst simultaneously remaining heavily hands-on working on creative projects. You will need to be able to confidently mentor and support members of the multifunctional team whilst ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and to a high standard. With the company's founder being an agile discipline, the work environment and projects are very agile so you will hit the ground running in adopting the purely agile way!

The Skills
The client is looking for a technically well-rounded individual, with experience in (and not limited to!) the following technologies:
* C# .NET
* Solid Front-end Development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
* NET MVC
* Test Driven Development
* Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Any experience in a leadership or mentoring positon will be an added bonus too!
