Position: Quantity Surveyor

Package: Circa £55,000 company benefits

The Opportunity

An award winning specialist contractor with over 35 years' experience in their sector is growing rapidly in the North hence their need for a Quantity Surveyor. Efficient processes and a duty of care to their work has contributed the success and staff retention over the years.

The projects undertaken are all finished to a critical standard due to the nature of the specialist fit outs that this contractor delivers. Values range up to £10M and are award winning which is a great accomplishment for a Quantity Surveyor.

Role

The role is to take Commercial responsibility, including variations and valuations on several key packages on one of the largest developments in Manchester city centre

The successful Quantity Surveyor must have extensive experience with the full commercial process, from inception to final accounts.

Key Requirements:

As an Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the UK

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Degree Qualified (BSc or equivalent) is desirable

* RICS chartered (or working towards) is desirable

Remuneration:

The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

* Salary circa £55,000 DoE
