Helpdesk Support - £20-30K + Generous benefits

Location: Leeds

This leading industrial manufacturer, is actively seeking a support analyst to join their growing IT function. After recently implementing the latest version of NetSuite, they are keen to further develop their team to support and train users, analyse, customise, provide system specific solutions and implement future upgrades.

As the company is renowned for the training and development of their staff, which has seen continues positive responses in employee feedback, this will allow any candidate to have a successful career within the business.

This role would progress in a Developer, with the training being full provided by my client.

Essentials:

* Experience with Office 365 and understanding of networking

* A good team player

Desirable:

* Previous work with NetSuite

* Technically proficient with C#, SQL, Javascript or similar tools
