HR Data Analyst

A leading UK bank are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join their Technology and Change team on a contract basis. The role is based in London with a daily rate of £350-£375.

This role will primarily be responsible for managing the delivery (Design, Build, Test and Deployment) of the HR Data Hub & Interfaces initiative. This will include active management and driving of the different delivery and testing workstreams.

Key Accountabilities

* Own and manage the detailed design, build, test and deployment of the HR Data Hub.

* Design & oversee the build and delivery of the solution across all environments.

* Ensure compliance with Bank standards and policies

* Ensure that robust documentation & presentation materials are produced for end-user and stakeholder consumption operating at varying levels.

* Escalation of all delivery-relevant topics, participation in conflict resolution.

* Timely identifies and escalates issues, data gaps and appropriate administration. This includes identifying mitigating actions.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications

* Financial Services Experience

* Experience with HR Technology solutions like SAP HCM, SuccessFactors.

* Experience with delivering systems integration projects using APIs.

* Experience of working with Technology and HR colleagues.

* Candidate must have significant experience in the design and delivery of data technology solutions. Ideally, this would include experience with Ab Initio Data Management solutions.

* Candidate must be capable of coordinating the activities of many individuals across many teams in many time zones for many projects to many timelines concurrently.

* Experience of working within both Waterfall and Agile delivery teams
