A fantastic, well-established safety compliance company in the Newbury area are looking for a permanent Junior Web Developer to come and join their tight-knit team, working on their new website, improving things and adding new features!

Your main responsibilities will involve working closely alongside a senior developer in order to produce a great website with complete backend integration - helping the team to find solutions to issues and testing prior to deployment. Ideally, you'll be comfortable in an Agile/Scrum working environment and keen to get your ideas heard!

Skills required:

- Relevant degree

- HTML5, CSS3, Bootsrap

- OOD

- JavaScript (JQuery & Node.js)

- Any of Gulp/Grunt/Bower/Ant/Maven

- MySQL or similar

- Git

- JSON & XML

- REST APIs

Desirable (but not essential):

- Agile/Scrum experience

- Unit testing

- Eclipse

- Perl

- Java (J2EE)

- AWS

- XSL:T, XSL:FO

- JIRA or similar

- iOS experience (Objective-C/Swift)

- Android experience

Recent graduates considered. Ideally, you'll have some good experience behind you and can point to one or more projects that you have worked on.
