Business Analyst - Technology Transformation3-6 Month Initial Contract - Scope to Extend
Central London @ £400 per day
X4 Group are urgently recruiting a Business Analyst for an exciting contract role with a client based in central London. They're currently undergoing a large scale transformation journey with the major project work being focused a consolidation of fragmented back office services into one platform. In addition, there is a big drive to push their services onto the cloud and they're also looking at piloting new product releases to their customer base.
The work will involve extensive requirements gathering, process mapping, workflows, wireframing, liaising with other departments (eg finance to build in payment methods to new products), working closely with the developers, testing creating tasks / acceptance criteria and delivering documentation, training and uder guides.
Given the client's current transformation, their environment has a start up feel to it - there is less governance and rigour compared to a blue-chip / corporate company so the successful candidate must be a 'get up and go' and in-the-detail type who is comfortable wearing several hats and dealing with ambiguity. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Very strong Business Analysis background working on Technology (eg cloud) projects
- Data savvy - adept at (with clear experience of) exploring data via SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Skilled with Jira & other collaboration tools (developing and tracking tasks, user stories, issues etc)
- 'Get up an go' personality with an inquisitive nature to link the client's services with their customer's behaviours
