Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing scrum teams and supporting the business in becoming more agile. Acting as an Agile coach to transition from a waterfall to agile methodology, you will work across several projects and towards XP / SAFE principles.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of management and delivery of projects within a challenging environment, who does not shy away from finding solutions and demonstrating business improvements. You will be confident with liaising with senior stakeholders and engaging in leadership of meetings.

c. 80k base + good bonus + pension + life/medical + flexible benefit allowance (holiday increase, dental, season ticket loan)
